5. What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If insufficient notice is given, the full charge for the missed appointment will apply.

7. Are you qualified and insured?
Yes, I hold multiple qualifications, including diplomas in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Semi-permanent makeup. I am also insured with the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), ensuring your treatments are carried out safely and professionally.
8. Do you charge extra for treatments in the Greater London Congestion Charging Zone?
If you book a treatment within the Greater London Congestion Charging Zone, and there are not enough other appointments in the same zone on the day, you may be liable for part or all of the congestion charge (£11.50). This will be confirmed at the time of booking.
9. What measures do you take for hygiene and safety?
We adhere to strict hygiene protocols, including the sanitisation of all equipment before and after each treatment. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
