Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Nina Gebara Beauty Therapy. These terms and conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our services. By booking an appointment or purchasing a service, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payments

  • Appointments can be booked via phone or email.
  • Payment for treatments must be made upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
  • Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a full charge for the missed appointment.
  • Exceptions may apply in cases of emergencies at the discretion of the therapist.

3. Gift Vouchers

  • Personalised gift vouchers are available for purchase and can be redeemed for any of the treatments listed.
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before their expiry date.

4. Concession & Congestion Charge Policy

Treatments in the Greater London Congestion Charging Zone

Clients booking treatments within the Greater London Congestion Charge Zone may be required to cover part or all of the £15.00 congestion charge, depending on the number of scheduled appointments in the area on the same day.

You will be informed at the time of booking if this charge applies.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are expected to provide accurate information regarding their health and any medical conditions that may affect their suitability for treatments.
  • If you have allergies, medical conditions, or are pregnant, please notify the therapist during the booking process to ensure the treatments provided are safe and appropriate for you.

6. Liability

  • While all treatments are carried out to the highest standards, Nina Gebara Beauty Therapy will not be held liable for any adverse reactions or complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or the misuse of aftercare advice.
  • All equipment used is sanitised and maintained to ensure client safety.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Your personal information will be handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.
  • We do not share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Nina Gebara Beauty Therapy reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Clients will be notified of significant changes, and updated terms will be posted on our website.
